1. General Terms
By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms or policies that may apply. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.

2. Booking and Reservation
All bookings made through our website are subject to availability. Once a booking is confirmed, we will send you an email confirmation with the details of your rental. A valid form of identification, payment method, and age requirement must be provided at the time of booking. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent a vehicle with Phuket Rental Services. Drivers under 25 may be subject to an additional fee. The reservation is only guaranteed after full payment or a deposit (if applicable) has been received.

3. Payment and Charges
All rental charges are listed on the website and are subject to change. The total cost will depend on the type of vehicle, rental period, and any additional services requested. A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made using credit or debit cards, or other payment methods as specified on our website. Additional fees may apply for services such as insurance, fuel, cleaning, or damages. Any additional charges will be clearly communicated to you prior to payment.

4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing (via email or contact form) at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the pickup date may result in a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for early returns or unused rental time. In the event of a confirmed reservation being unavailable, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative option (subject to availability).

5. Vehicle Use
The rental vehicle must be used for its intended purpose and only by the person(s) specified in the booking. Vehicles cannot be used for illegal activities, off-roading, or in any manner that could cause damage. The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including any damages, fines, or penalties incurred during use. All vehicles must be returned in the same condition they were rented, with no excessive wear, dirt, or damage. Additional cleaning fees may apply for vehicles returned in poor condition.

6. Insurance and Liability
Phuket Rental Services provides basic insurance coverage for all rentals, which includes third-party liability. However, you may be required to purchase additional coverage (e.g., collision damage waiver or theft protection) to reduce your financial responsibility in case of an accident or damage. You are responsible for any damages to the vehicle, even if insurance coverage is purchased. In the event of an accident, you must report it to us immediately. You are also responsible for any legal liabilities or fines arising from traffic violations, parking tickets, or any other infractions during the rental period.

7. Delivery and Pickup
Phuket Rental Services offers delivery and pickup services for certain locations. The terms and additional charges for these services will be specified during the booking process. If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the agreed-upon time and location, your booking may be canceled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

8. Driver Requirements
All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license for the duration of the rental. International drivers may need to provide an International Driving Permit (IDP) along with their home country driver’s license. Drivers must be aged 21 or over, and under 25 may be subject to additional fees. The driver must be present at the time of the vehicle pickup and must sign the rental agreement. Additional drivers may be added to the rental agreement, subject to a fee.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
By using our services, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We take all necessary steps to protect your data and ensure it is used only for purposes related to your booking and rental.

10. Limitation of Liability
Phuket Rental Services is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage that occurs during the rental period, except where required by law. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle during the rental period. Our total liability in connection with any rental agreement shall not exceed the total rental amount paid by you.

11. Force Majeure
Phuket Rental Services is not responsible for any failure to fulfill obligations under this agreement if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, war, or government restrictions.

12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of Phuket, Thailand.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Phuket, Thailand.
